I can help you resolve the feelings from these experiences so that you can reconnect to yourself and feel complete. We will achieve this with a unique mix of transformational life coaching, NLP techniques, hypnotherapy, and EFT (tapping). This blended approach really sets you up for life-lasting success and each session is tailored to your individual needs. We will start by taking a deep dive into your life to understand where you are currently, and this identifies the areas that need focus. We can then set goals and work together to clear blocks, resolve inner conflicts, and get you back to feeling like you. NLP is Neuro Linguistic Programming and is often described as the science behind what makes us all tick, or the study of human excellence and it compliments coaching perfectly. NLP empowers, enables, and teaches us to better understand the way our brain (Neuro) processes the words we use (Linguistic) and how that can impact our past, present, and future (Programming). As we work together, you may discover that in order to achieve your goals, you need to let go of something from a past experience that is holding you back. NLP allows us to access the root cause of your presenting problem and then helps with resolving and understanding the experience. The results are quick and long-lasting

Transformational Life Coaching

Transformational Life Coaching is all about working with you to help you achieve your goals. During a coaching session, expect to be asked a variety of thought-provoking and sometimes challenging questions to really help you understand your goals, expand your thinking, and get to where you want to be! This helps you see quick and lasting results. Successful coaching requires real commitment from you. You need to be ready to make changes and prepared to put in the work in order to experience the benefits. 


Hypnotherapy is a highly successful and powerful tool with a wide range of uses from pain management to boosting your ego. It's not all swinging pendulums and mind tricks like you see on the stage! Hypnotherapy puts you into a deeply relaxed state and allows the hypnotherapist to talk directly to your subconscious which is where all your experiences are stored. This then becomes a direct line to programming in new beliefs.

EFT (Tapping)

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), or Tapping, is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. EFT involves connecting to the negative emotion that we want to remove whilst repeatedly tapping specific points on the upper body in a sequence. Tapping on these meridian points with the fingertips restores the balance of energy to resolve physical and emotional issues.

About Me

I'm Emma, a Master Transformational Life Coach, Master Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner, and EFT Practitioner. I want to work with you to help you reach your goals, create life-lasting change and get you back to feeling like you. I have a diverse background working in Education, health services, and charities. Life has bought me along a path to coaching and I could not be happier. Every day I feel incredibly rewarded when I see clients make real, successful, life-lasting changes.

Training, Insurance & Accreditation

I trained with the NLP Coaching Company, the UK's leading provider of fully accredited NLP training courses. My training is multi-accredited by bodies such as ACCPH, BAThH, ANLP, Association for Coaching, CNCH, and IPHM. I am fully committed to ongoing training and regularly attend courses for CPD. My practice is insured with Balens. 

Do you need a Life Coach or Therapist? 

In life coaching, a client works with a coach who is not a healthcare professional, to clarify goals and identify obstacles and problematic behaviors to create action plans to achieve desired results. The main way that a life coach vs. therapist works is that the life coach takes the client’s current starting point as an acceptable neutral ground and is more action-based from that point onward. A life coach enables the person receiving treatment to take control of their life and take action to steer it toward their goals.

Therapy, also called counselling or psychotherapy, is a long-term process in which a client works with a healthcare professional to diagnose and resolve problematic beliefs, behaviors, relationship issues, feelings, and sometimes physical responses. The idea behind therapy is to focus on past traumas and issues to change self-destructive habits, repair and improve relationships and work through painful feelings. In this sense, therapy focuses on the past and introspection and analysis, with the hope of resolving past issues and creating a happier, more stable future.
